The Bell & Gossett 1610 End Suction Pump is a highly efficient and adaptable solution specifically engineered for HVAC, heating, and water transportation applications. This advanced pump boasts flexible installation options, a diverse range of material constructions, and the ability to operate across a wide temperature range.
High efficiency
New designed high efficiency hydraulics well exceeding the ErP2015 level and IE3 motors set the basis for very low operation costs. To optimize the operation costs further, the e-1610 can be equipped with a Hydrovar variable speed pump controller (up to 45 kW). In installations with a big variance in the demand, it can save up to 70% of the energy cost compared to a fixed speed pump.
Long service life and easy maintenance
Robust design, different bearing frame sizes and stainless-steel replaceable wear rings ensure a long service life. The e-1610 is also designed for easy maintenance and all service points are easy reachable to reduce downtime.
Exactly the right configuration
The e-1610 is the right solution for 1000’s of liquids. Materials options spans from cast iron to duplex stainless steel and different mechanical face seal options.
The e-1610 end suction pumps come in two configurations:
- Frame mounted (bare shaft or complete with coupling and motor)
- Stub shaft Close coupled for compact footprint.
